New Skin

Alright, so every site gets a make-over every so often, and I'm gonna need some help with a new color scheme. We're working the slate blue (i think) and black/grey right now, so I was wondering what you guys wanted to see most.

Nothing bright or flashy, keep in mind the site plot. =P

Any suggestions? Once we narrow it down to three or so, we'll take a vote.

And some color code samples would be awesome if you have any. xD

Personally I like it just the way it is.. Especially with the Christmas deal.

But for the most part I like it the way it is.. Has a nice sense of joy to it.. It to me feels like an encourage to post.. Cause you feel joyful.. If you make the site creepier it'll help with the plot.. But it wouldn't get that feeling of happiness and muse.

Plus I've seen way to many dark skinned creppy sites.. and It just get's old.. I like this one..

Though if you want to improve this skin I have one suggestion..
Maybe change the links and text colors.. To red and green then have one white.. That way it'll be two colors after you click on a link it stays green.. When you go to click that link it changes to the color it is set right now.
And have the link itself like a nice dark red color.. Wow blabbering again..

lol blabbering's good Ginger! And you really like the skin colors now? Hm, I thought people wanted it to change...
Oh, that is one creepy skin, and I wasn't going for a death look for the site. xD

Hmm, I can do the link color thing right now, make it more christmasy, no?

But that's one vote I suppose! Keep the Current Skin. check.

Well I guess that's the thing I'm not people XD.

Keep the link highlight color the way it was.. A white/gray whichever it was.

I believe that Ginger is right in quite a few ways. Maybe when the time comes, keep quite a few of the style of background and colors, but change a few of the pics to keep it interesting for people to change, yet still have that happy and joyous feel of it.

Alright then. If you guys like this curent skin so well. =) I'll keep the same colors and make up some awesome new graphics once Christmas is over.

on a side note, i have no idea what I'm doing with the link stuff, so I'm just not gonna deal with it right now. =x

It is fine.. I technically got the idea form Chicken smoothie.. With their red and green graphics.. I tried to turn it to Proboard style.. If only Proboard skins where a little more detail like..
First color for category colors.
Second color for category creates 3-d.

and so on much more detail.. and more creativeness.. *Thinks about contact proboards.. Quickly changes mind when thinks of the complexity of skins afterwards.

lol I hear ya Ginger, but proboards were designed for simple coding purposes. Otherwise they'd prob lose users if they made it that complex. x3 (why do u think jetty only uses proboards sites to code on? lul)

Nice. In other fourms I get lost XD I'm like where did I just put that code.. (Ginger is lying.. She only did that once and it was to put a banner.. She makes her words sound like she made a forum or something..)
