Short Description: Large black tom with bright green eyes
Personality: I would label Darkthunder as 100 percent crazy. This tom on the inside doesn't care about anything, or anyone. He has his own agenda and his own plans, and if he has to kill you he will without any regret. He's dark evil, and just as bad as Hawkfrost and Tigerstar. In fact he gives them a good run for their money since he's more into killing and killing cats in a slow way then they are. His heart is ice cold, and he has no feelings of compassion for any cat, even one that is kin to him. Well now that you know the inside of him and his true thoughts, its time you learn the mask he puts on around the camp. Darkthunder to other cats in the clan, is equal to Whitestorm. He's formed a close bond with Plaguestar and was there for him when he was young and told him what a great leader he would be. Because of all this, Plaguestar trust him and often times is seen asking for his advice. Its not only Plaguestar Darkthunder has a strong bond with. Thanks to his mask he is well liked by all the other Shadowclan cats, and even cats outside of the clan. He just as a way with words, and smooth with his lies. No cat would ever think of him as evil, he's viewed as a good warrior who's only goal is to serve his clan.
History:
Darkthunder's past is very much covered with blood, but hardly any cats know about that. His father was a loner called Thunder who soon joined Shadowclan and in a few moons got the name Thunderdwave. By all means Thunderwave was a very loyal cat, but no one say the wickedness in him. Even though Thunderwave was evil he did have enough room in his body to fall in love. He ended up falling in love with the Shadowclan warrior Goosefeather, thats right the same cat that is also the mother of Plaguestar. Thunderwave and Goosefeather hide there love from Foxshadow very well. Just being in love wasn't enough for the two, they wanted kits together. Soon Goosefeather put her charm on Foxshadow, so that when she had kits it would look like they were his. It worked she had one kit, that she named Darkkit, then ten moons later she had kits with Foxshadow and out came Plaguestar and Redfrost. After this Thunderwave started to show his dark side to the clan, at times attacking other warriors in his clan. Foxstar saw this and soon told Thunderwave to get out of his clan. Thunderwave was not pleased with this and attacked his leader, taking one of his lives. During the fight he told Foxstar that Darkpaw was his son and that Goosefeather never loved him. Outraged by this Foxstar left a scar on Darkpaw's face Foxstar then talked to Plaguepaw and told him to never go near Darkpaw.

Dealing with his mother's death and his father leaving the clan Darkpaw's path was sealed. He started to see his father once he left the clan, and soon got training from him. He told his son to killed Foxstar for doing this to him, to start to form a friendship with Plaguepaw to gain his trust. Thankful Plaguepaw had enough stress in his life and had forgotten that Foxstar told him to stay away from him. Thanks to this Darkpaw was able to get close to his half brother, and formed that friendship that his father wanted him to. The two black toms were always hanging around with each other and Foxstar would often scold Plaguepaw, this would lead Plaguepaw to fight back and cause him to become more apart from his father. This was what Darkpaw was waiting for, and soon told this to his father. He was 19 moons old well past the apprentice age before Foxstar named him Darkthunder. He knew that he had been held back thanks to the hate Foxstar had for his father Thunderwave. Time pasted and Darkthunder kept working for Thunderwave, and finally they had their best plan yet. Thunderwave would attack Plaguepaw, now know as Plaguedragon and try to kill him. A few days later Thunderwave did catch Plaguedragon all alone and attacked him, and before he could kill the black tom Darkthunder came to the rescue. The only thing that changed was the fact that Darkthunder had enough with his father and killed the older black tom. Plaguedragon was greatful to him, and never dreamed that his friend would set him up like this. Once again time pasted and soon war started with Windclan once again with Plaguedragon now the deputy of the clan. Durning one of the battles, Darkthunder finally filled his father's wishes. Attacking and killing Foxstar during the battle he covered his tracks and made it look like a Windclan warrior did it. Now living as Plaguestar's best friend, Darkthunder waits for the chance to strike and cripple the powerful leader.

Other: Sorry if the history is a bit confuessing but to summon it up Darkthunder is Plaguestar's half brother who is ten moons older then him and Plaguestar has no idea. None of this was put into Plaguestar's history because its better suited to be in Darkthunder's history.
