Personality: Hollystar is a rather tough, hard core leader. she was brought up having learned basic training, but took it to the next level of wanting to be the best. Hollystar's version of being the best id often fighting with tooth and claw until she and her clan comes out on top. she is ruthless, serious, strict, and short tempered. She had a hard life, and in return, when she became leader she vowed to make sure she would never be forgotten. She does have a soft spot in her heart for her clanmates and friends, but she is too busy making sure everyone is doing their duties properly to have true friends. The only things that shakes Hollystar are her two kits that she had when she was young. She worries about them more then they'll know, but she also worries they will find out the truth about their father most of all.
History: Hollystar started out a normal cat. she became an apprentice at 6 moons and had a normal apprenticeship...that was until she fell in love with a warrior. she was just made a warrior. she was happy, she was adventurous. she was spunky. But she was naive. She trusted her love. Ashstorm was loyal to her with all his heart. Hollyfern entered the nursery only 2 moons after becoming a warrior. she was barely over a year old. she had 2 kits. Honeykit and Pinekit. The kits were just 4 moons when Hollyfern had grown lonely. Ashstorm hadn't been in to visit for awhile. he was avoding her. She went to find him, and saw that he was taking the affections of another she-cat. Lilacrose. He bluntly told Hollyfern he was done with her. Outraged Hollyfern refused to the nursery. she wanted to return to her warrior duties. She trained on her own to make up for the lost moons in the nursery. Her kits were old enough to eat fresh-kill and no longer needed her milk. Hollyfern began helping out wherever she could. Helping her leader, Eaglestar, and Deputy, Nightheart. She worked her way into gaining everyones respect for being such a great warrior. By the time Hollyfern's kits became warriors she was the deputy. Honeywillow and Pinefrost were proud of their mother, but it was what they didn't know she did that makes Hollystar wonder if they would still love her. Just days after becoming leader, Hollystar set herself on a mission. It was time she got her revenge. Taking a patrol of two apprentices and Ashstorm, and herself, she led them to a place where she had smelled Fox earlier in the day. They came to the foxes den and the scent was fresh. Ordering the apprentices to go back to the camp to get help she then made her move. "Go inside and see if the fox in." she told Ashstorm. "Thats crazy. what if the fox is in there? I'll wait for the patrol." he told her. "I am ordering you to do as I say. Do it or be banished from the clan." listening, Ashstorm very quietly crept in. Hollystar went to work at the den kicking and thrashing at the dirt and rocks that held the burrow up. With all the noise the exit grew smaller and the noise began. the yowling of Ashstorm echoed like sweet revenge in Hollystars mind. the cry as he came to the front of the burrow and begged for her help. By the time the patrol got the the site of the den it was too late. Hollystar looked stricken with fear as she led the patrol to safety. Hollystar has kept her secret now for a long time and plans on keeping it a secret for all her lives.
